Civility refers to a polite act or nice act of expression and it also means training in humanities. It is a concept which play an important at workplace, in Organization or in Education. It is a demonstration of Respect of people or society.

Examples

1. Respecting others - showing Respect for other people feeling, respecting people and the things like their culture.

2. Manners and politeness- following the rules or norms or conventions of politeness and manners in a society.

3. Respecting others who are different from you.

4. Going out of your way to help someone else.

5. Adopting positive attitude and tranquility.

INCIVILITY

The behavior which lacks civilty or good manners, it includes the behavior which is not acceptable and hurt others.it is derived from Latin word ' incivilis' means not a citizen.

Examples

1. Unfair Behavior -such as gossip , being bias to some one .

2. Subtle Harassment -. This makes people uncomfortable and excluded like , cracking jokes on stereotype , holding negative view points towards certain group of people.

3. Bulying - It is a abusive behavior in which a person is targeted over an extended period of time like ragging, derogatory voice , dismissive tones of voice.

4. Rude Behavior - It includes angry or volatile behavior which reduce interaction with other and hurt their feelings

5. Interrupting people ,mocking a co worker , use of demeaning language.
