Torque = moment of inertia * angular acceleration

2 = 0.25 * alpha

alpha = 8 rad/s2

w = alpha * t

w = 8 *10 = 80 rad/s (a)

Centripetal force = friction force

mv^2/r = umg

u = v^2/rg

u = 12.1*12.1/30*9.8

u = 0.50 (b)
