1. Price war between the players to provide the quality products at cheaper rates.
2. Delivery system of the competitors to provide the product at less time than the other.
3. Entry of new competitor in the market as reliance retail enters the market as a competition to other players.
4. Merger and aquisition by one company or two companies,as Reliance retail acquires stake in future retail.
5. Government policies and other authorities also affect the business as the product should be in the regulatory frame of FSSAI .
