The condition of the women's during Industrial Revolution in US was very deprived and they faced several discriminations in the workplace as well.They also worked very hard but never gain the same appreciation which they needs to get.They have to work for 14-16 hours a day and they get payed about 1/3rd in comparison to what male's get those days.
The working condition of the workplace are so bad that they didn't even have basic facilities.They have to work without any safety equipment in those days.They even lack proper sanitation facilities for women's as well.The chance's of getting injured is very high.These act of descrimination have never let women's to rise from their usual standards.These conditions also effect their health adversely and they have to several other reprocutions along with these descriminations.
