Concentration versus absorbance data is plotted:

Concentration Absorbance 0 - 0.162*x + 0.0173 0.2 0.2 0.4 0.6 0.055 0.093 0.127 0.155 0.16 0.15 0.05 0.25 0.5 0.75

With the equation of the line:

Y = 0.162 * X + 0.0173

The concentration of the unknown is calculated:

0.083 = 0.162 * X + 0.0173

X is cleared = 0.406 mg / mL
