Implement a function in assembly that would do the following:
loop through a sequence of characters and swap them such that the end result is the original string in reverse ( 50 points )
before looping, call another assembly function to extract the number of characters in the string ( 30 points )
for swapping characters, call another assembly function to do just that ( 20 points )
.cpp and .asm files. The three assembly functions should be called something appropriate like reverse(), getLength(), swap().
Your C++ code should initialize a C-string (null terminated) and call just the reverse function. Display the resulting string

Implement a Python function called revd that takes a chain of characters and returns a new chain with the double of the elements but in reverse order. In the main program, ask the user to input the chain of characters, call the function and display the result Example : Please enter a chain of characters: abcd ddccbbaa NOTE: This is a repost. Please DO NOT use GLOBAL Variables
OK, here is the project, I need to get started and just don't understand how to get the registers, the array, stack to work with the UART. Just looking for some help to start, not looking for you to solve the project. I have to write a program that receives a string of characters via the UART, checks if this string is a palindrome, and then uses a print function to print either "Yes" or "No". A palindrome sequence of...
In C++ please! Please include .cpp and .hpp files! Thank you! Recursive Functions Goals Create and use recursive functions In this lab, we will write a program that uses three recursive functions. Requirements: Important: You must use the array for this lab, no vectors allowed. First Recursive Function Write a function that recursively prints a string in reverse. The function has ONLY one parameter of type string. It prints the reversed character to the screen followed by a newline character....
implement the following function: void BuildString(int argc, char* argv[]); 1. Arguments passed through the function. Concatenate the strings arguments using strcat, display the concatenated string. 2.. If only one argument passed, display the string. 3. If no argument passed, display the message, no argument passed. In main do the following: 1. Call the function BuildString, passing the proper arguments (argc and argv).
This is for C++ Write a program that reads in a sequence of characters entered by the user and terminated by a period ('.'). Your program should allow the user to enter multiple lines of input by pressing the enter key at the end of each line. The program should print out a frequency table, sorted in decreasing order by number of occurences, listing each letter that ocurred along with the number of times it occured. All non-alphabetic characters must...
Use c-strings for the following project: Write a C++ program that declares an array containing up to a maximum of 20 sentences, each sentence of maximum 81 characters long, using c-strings. Continue reading sentences from the user and store them in the array of sentences, until the user enters a NULL string for the sentence or 20 sentences have been entered. Then, one by one, display each sentence entered by the user and present the following menu of operations on...
in C++, please help. Not only do we need to create an ADT but create a main file as well to implement everything. For this program you will be creating a stack ADT to allow the client program to pick up treasures for a Star Wars scavenger game to get everyone ready for the opening of Galaxy’s Edge in 2020. Each treasure should have a (a) name, (b) description, (c) category, (d) what it is used for, and (e)if this...
Hello I need help with this program. Should programmed in C!
Program 2: Sorting with Pointers Sometimes we're given an array of data that we need to be able to view in sorted order while leaving the original order unchanged. In such cases we could sort the data set, but then we would lose the information contained in the original order. We need a better solution. One solution might be to create a duplicate of the data set, perhaps make...
PROJECT TASKS 1. Read the problem definition below and write a C++ program that implements your solution. Readability of the program will be graded based on variable naming, indentation, commenting (not too little and not too much), spacing, consistency, and styling in general including choice of functions. [NOTE: the code at the end of this document does not completely meet requirements as it uses many single letter variables and has no internal documentation. You need to improve it.] 2. Compile...
Objectives You will implement and test a class called MyString. Each MyString object keeps track of a sequence of characters, similar to the standard C++ string class but with fewer operations. The objectives of this programming assignment are as follows. Ensure that you can write a class that uses dynamic memory to store a sequence whose length is unspecified. (Keep in mind that if you were actually writing a program that needs a string, you would use the C++ standard...
