Ans : The above statements state that the clients will directly told that what is going to be done and no gold plating would be done or we can say that nothing wrong would be said to praise them as everything would be straight forward and the clients are required to give the desired results. These process can be termed as Design thinking process as eveything here is perfectly designed and well planned. All the targets that are to be achieved are decided previously and the owners do not expect an inch less that that and won't even demand a bit more from the clients. The good point in these kind of thinking process is that the clients are aware what they have to do and won't feel cheated afterwards as sometimes it happens that the clients are being gold plated initially and later on they come to know about the loads of work. So in those cases some of the clients prefer to opt out of the deal but here the owner as well as the client will be satisfied by the targets and thought process.

The integral part of these kind of design thinking process is that the definition of the work is meaningful and actionable. In most of these cases the work results lead towards success and possibility of deals in next time are being increased. In design thinking process, analysing the work and target is the most initial stage where we have to decide that target should not be unachievable and due to that only we can expect from our clients to give the desired results. This helps to build a good communication as well as trusted relation among the client and the owner. So according to many results and benefits it would be advised that clients should not be gold plated initially and everything should be defined exactly what has to be done by the process to defined thinking.
