Answer #1

The lifestyle we live makes a big difference in how our entire day will go.If we start our day as we want, then our whole day goes well. There should be a discipline in the life of a human being.

It is very important to have a Discipline in the life of every human being, if everyone does his work by staying in the Discipline, then his whole life is easily spent but we cannot live much longer because the human tendency is such that we soon start feeling bore or lazy to do something in discipline. And due to our laziness, the whole day is wasted which we cannot do what we think. So if a person wants to change any behavior, then he has to fix his routine or make routine discipline.

For example, if someone wants to exercise four times a week, then he will have to get up early. Or he will have to take time out of his full day busy schedule for exercise. But we are not able to do this because we get lazy. This has an effect on our lives, because if we do what we have set then we walk in discipline. Otherwise we start doing anything.

For example, if I have not exercised on some day, then I eat some oily food in reverse on that day. There is laziness in other works also. And this causes the day to slow down or deteriorate. We can get anything in our life only if we make a determination in our mind that we have to do this work. Only then can we find that thing.

Similarly, if someone wants to exercise four times a week, then that person should sleep early in the night to complete his laziness, or if he is not getting up early in the morning, then exercise is necessary once a day at any time. That's why nowadays very good watches have come through the technology, which keeps telling us how much our weight should we loose and how many kilograms we have for today to walk or jogging.

Secondly, to complete this task, we can watch the Motivating video, which will encourage us to do so. Also we can join the gym. Because of that we will feel that every month we are wasting money in the gym and we do not go. And all this is a matter of making a routine, if a person gets used to doing something, then he does it.

Therefore, for a couple of weeks, we have to exercise by explaining our body and our mind and encourage our mind itself to think about the benefits after that. And if we have done this for a few days then we will feel agile in our body and will feel very healthy.Because exercise is not only necessary for being healthy, it is also necessary for healthy living
