Traditional organizations are not change adaptive, they may put more barriers to changes and they also feel fear in accepting productive changes. They even don’t analyze for any upcoming changes. In traditional organizations, they build research and development department, they will be basically responsible for innovation. These organizations are mainly productive oriented and manager will control the job and people within the workplace. |
These organizations are much adaptive to productive changes; they do analyze and understand the impact, benefits behind implementing the changes within organizational context. In learning organizations, innovation is responsibility for all members and people never stop learning, they use their learning into innovation. These organizations will keep focus on new learning each time and manager will enable other people to learn and innovate. |
There are several organizations like IT products and service based organizations, those usually rely on technologies, Innovation, Artificial intelligence, etc. all such need to work on agile practices, they need to set framework that will promote learning for their employees over time. As all the works are evolving types and need training. Employees need to be encouraged for learning and gaining their skills, expertise over time.
