1. Social contextual learning: It is casual or informal learning and is profited suddenly dependent on the need. It is viable just when the trainee gains the necessary knowledge and ability/skills, so, that can be remembered and experienced. This shared information ought to be remembered and are used for better performance. Evolving innovation or technology has made it workable for people to share their perspectives and experiences. Inside the workplace, the data and information and knowledge based on the job role, objectives, and tasks.
2. Guided competency development: It is well-organized and is viewed as formal. In a guided competency development set of abilities or skills that are required for the people to undergo better performance is predefined. These capabilities and abilities/skills for a specific job role remain as before for every single individual. Along these, training and development techniques that improve such skills are recognized and executed. For example, lectures or online training are aimed at the most widely recognized needs in the organization.
3. Social contextual learning and Guided competency development are fundamental for training personnel inside the association. This combination of formal and informal/casual learning will assist a person with having a gainful or beneficial learning experience and guide them with the information being given during the training time frame. Subsequently, having both the free rein and organized training is unfavorable in the present work environment.
