A) here the voltage oscillates from Vmax to -Vmax


so Vmax = 4 V

B) Vavg = (4-4)/2 = 0/2 = 0 V


C) Vrms = Vmax/sqrt(2) = 4/1.414 = 2.83 V


D) Period is T = 7.6-2 = 5.6 sec

E) frequency f = 1/T = 1/5.6 = 0.178 Hz
