Now a days people are always worried about their future instead of living in present,which has many repercussions.To achieve things in future they make plans and in most of the plan is not workable any they feel disheartened,which lowers their self esteem and from that point they cant think win win.sometimes work load is too much which make them frustrated so instead of focusing on brighter side they starting to doubt their self and they cant think win win.
