Answer #1

The central dogma is , " DNA transfer it genetic information to mRNA and from mRNA the information is encoded and protien are synthesized ."

So the precursors are DNA , RNA and aminoacids.

DNA are synthesized from DNA only by replication. When a cell devide the DNA is replicated and one copy is shared to each cells.

So DNA required for the Central dogma is present inside the nucleus.

- By the process of transcription the mRNA is synthesized. Important enzyme RNA polymerase is responsible for catalyzing the process of transcription. These mRNA are synthesized from nuclear DNA inside the nucleus.

Then these mRNA are transported outside the nucleus. Where mRNA are translated .

The elements required for this translation is Ribosome , tRNA

Ribosome are made-up of rRNA so These rRNA are synthesized inside the nucleus and are assembled to form the Ribosome.

The tRNA are required for carrying the aminoacid from cytoplasm and to the Ribosome during translation. These tRNANA again synthesized from nuclear DNA by transcription.

aminoacid required for this translation come from diet the organism take and some aminoacid can be synthesized in side the organism . The protien the organism take are digested and finally converted into amino acid. There are 20 aminoacid. So the aminoacid are transported to different cell . The cell use these aminoacid in formation of polypeptide in the process of translation.

so in Ribosome the aminoacid polypeptide is synthesized.
