Molarity( mol /Lit) is defined as no of moles of compound dissolved in 1000mL solution. Here KHP is monoprotic and NaOH is also mono basic . So reaction between them will happen in 1:1 ratio. 1 mole of NaOH will neutralize 1 mole of KHP.
