Let me suggest one case study that depicted safety issues, their implications and measures that are taken to minimize these effects, here company is in manufacturing operations, they have different processes that include exposure to dangerous situations where people can be injured as a result of violations of safe practices. We should study such kinds of case studies, which can bring out different findings and share with us the circumstances and data that could help us learn the lessons from such case studies, for example, where such case studies can store, retrieve various data from unsafe operations with real-life examples, which will allow us to be aware of this.

Therefore, we can further evaluate the root causes and solutions that, as necessary to solve such a problem, case studies play a crucial role as lessons learn documentation and lead us into real-life situations. Through reading this case study, we can generate various critical views, and the recorded case study can also allow us to learn about any past issue and solution proposed for such a problem.

Let me now share one instance, that talks about one past problem such as unsafe operations caused in the manufacturing region, moreover, related to such unsafe operations, the case study also recorded all the causes and root causes of such operations occurred, as well as documented consequences or effects of such unsafe operations on people and organization productivity.

This case study also documented solutions that can prevent unsafe operations within the organization, where solutions come with the improvement of the necessary practices to prevent such unsafe operations, the improvement of the Standard Operating System and user guidelines that can help workers to follow and operate accordingly,  arrangement of Personal protective equipments, process related study and training.

Therefore, as case studies have documented complete solutions and measures to combat such problems, it is for this reason that we must follow case studies and that can solve our present problem.
