The value based programs gives importance to the providers by rewarding them for providing quality care to the people and rewards them for their effective performances. It is an alternative reimbursement process to the providers which pays them for their quality not the quantity of work. This program aims to provide the value based care to the individual through cost effective healthcare services by the providers. There are three key factors that a hospital need to acquire for arranging better value based care program. These are:

• Alignment of the value based care program to the healthcare system is important to provide the quality of care.
• The hospitals need to manage effective network performances.
• Counting the care delivery transformation.

These three factors strengthen the performances of the providers and improve their care delivery to get the rewards.
