Prepare a slide of Euglena of genus protists (with spindle shaped elongated body, with1 or 2 flagella).Observe with medium power 40X microscope. Identify chloroplasts, nucleus, flagella, absence of cell wall and pellicle covering the body of Euglena belonging to Euglenophyta. Sketch and label the Euglena.
