T = R*C

T = 14.9 *10^-6 * 24.3 *10^3

T = 0.3621 s

the time taken is 0.3621 s


charge on the capacitor , Q = Qo *(1 - e^(-t/T))

charge on the capacitor , Q = 25.7 * 14.9 *10^-6 *(1 - e^-1)

charge on the capacitor , Q = 2.42 *10^-5 C

the charge on the capacitor is e) 2.42 *10^-5 C
