Answer- According to Gautama Buddha, the four noble truths are-
1) The truth of suffering
2) The truth of the cause of suffering
3) The truth of the end of suffering
4) The truth of the path that leads to the end of suffering
As Gautama Buddha was a prince, he was kept away from the sight of the world's suffering. He grew up in a secure environment in the palace. As he grew up, he once witnessed the cremation of a man, which made him realize the meaning of suffering ( The truth of suffering)
The very curiosity of finding out the cause of this suffering kept him up for several nights until one night he decided to leave his son and wife behind and start the journey of finding the reason behind the worldly suffering. As he embarked on this journey, he later realized that attachment was the main cause of all the suffering (The truth of the cause of suffering)
He realized that to end the suffering one must detach themselves from all relations, worldly ways, and materialistic things ( The truth of the end of suffering).
Through meditation and monachism, he found the path of detaching himself from all expectations and disappointments. ( The truth of the path that leads to the end of suffering).
