Company evolve with the change in technology. Employees need to be updated with the latest technologies and trends of the industry so that a company could survive. This is only possible if a proper training for the latest technologies and trends have been delivered to the employees. An individual should have a right attitude to work in a company. Even he or she may not be aware about the trends and technologies used by the company in which he or she is getting employed. The company needs to provide a proper training to the employee after one join the company. Some of the most successful company employee a candidate with a right attitude and ability to learn and unlearn. This has been a great strategy by which a company prosper while making his or her employee learn and help in the growth of the company.
To let the company be updated with the latest knowledge and technology of the industry, the company organizes workshops and knowledge sharing sessions so that the employees get developed for taking the new challenges and help the company to break through the coming obstacles. Most of the successful organizations have helped their employee to learn while enjoying the work so that they can work in a better environment and grow and let grow the company to its best potential. Therefore, I think a company should train its employee because its not the responsibility of individuals to possess the necessary knowledge and skills prior to becoming employed but it’s the company who knows what the right thing for the company is and help the employee to learn those and help them work in a better way.
