Objective Function - Minimize Z = 20XB1+30XB2+40XB3+50XF1+35XF2+45XF3 where XB1 and XF1 = 0 or 1 where Jack, Jim and Joe are either choosen for Butterfly and Free style(1) or not(0)

s.t. constraints -

XB1+XB2+XB3 = 1 --> Butterfly

XF1+XF2+XF3 = 1 ---> Free style

XB1+XB2+XB3+XF1+XF2+XF3 = 2 ---> Number of swimmers

Based on the solver optimal solution, the swimmers chosen to minimize the total time are Jack for Butterfly and Jim for Free style
