Based on the volatility of the factors that influence the organization's environment, one could argue environments are either dynamic or stable. How would you classify the environment Colleges and Universities face in the U.S.?

It is true that there is the volatility of the factors which influences the organization's environment. As we know that the environment is not stable and environmental change is classified at the rate at which the environment changes. If you talk about a stable and dynamic environment then they both are the same but there is little difference between these two. The change rate in a stable environment is slow while in a dynamic environment the change rate is very fast. If you take an example of colleges or universities then various people come over there to spend their time in studies, understand concepts, get knowledge and get transformed. The home of the students is a stable environment but when they go to the college campus this becomes very busy and fast-paced. The students get their character development in the college and this change then forever when they leave college. So in my point of view, college or universities in the US has a dynamic environment because it changes very rapidly.
