Marx and Weber state inequality that inequality exists in society because society has made the differences in people and differed there work according to status and class and they have accepted it also. If people were tried to come over this inequality pattern then it would be finished from society but they followed it. They believed that if inequality will be diminished from society than that will diminish gender inequality too.
