Hydraulic cycle means the flow of water on the planet earth.. The water on earth gets vaporized from and after it rains when it collects in clouds. Some water goes below the earth surface and could be extracted through the water pump. The flow is called hydrologic cycle.

If earth climate becomes hotter, then the water evaporation will be increased. Because of this the more rain will be there in the rainy season and there will be a threat of flood.

Effect on life- In this case the crop is nto sufficient hence due to increased demand and less inflation rate is increased.

There is a threat of life in the flood.

Second effect is that if the temperature is high then the glaciers will start melting and he ocean temperature will be increased. Hence the cities situated at the sea bank will be affected. The country like Maldives which is covered with the sea will loose its bank with the water. Due to high temperature the river water will be evaporated and hence the agricultural based economies will suffer heavy loss.

If the temperature gets cooler then evaporation decreased. Hence the rain is also decreased. The agricultural economies face difficulties.
