I would prefer using SWOT ANALYSIS.

SWOT: Strength, weakness, opportunity, threat

Strength: I would bring in view the strength I hold to work at the higher positions efficiently and effectively.

Weakness: I would put forward my ideas to cope up with the weaknesses of the organisation.

Opportunity: I would present myself in the best possible way to avail this opportunity.

Threat: I would state how the organisation should be careful about the employees satisfaction. And I would provide with the ideas to have a position better than the other organisations in the market.
