Considering how does each servant leadership principles of Listening, Persuasion and Stewardship applies in this structural environment are:

1. Listening- Both servant leaders must reinforce this skill by listening to others. Servant leaders together contribute by listening effectively and identifying the will of the group. In the manufacturing sector where structural framework environment exists, listening plays a crucial role. The servant leadership should listen intently so that the team performs the operations effectively and seek to find ways in areas of improvement. This helps them to achieve the organizational objectives in terms of production and revenue.
2. Persuasion- Servant leaders seek to convince or persuade others rather than coerce them to do a work. In a manufacturing environment where the objectives are clear, there might be a need to work extra hours to meet the sudden increase in the demand. This demand can be accommodated by producing the required quantity in the manufacturing sector.
