The bacteria showing in the first picture where it is streaked on blood agar probabilly showing gamma hemolysis. according to the data given the organism could be identified .
Streptococcus pyogenes_ beta hemolysis
Streptococcus pnemoniae- alfa hemolyis
Enterococcus faecalis-gamma hematolysis
so according to the hemtaolysis observed organism might be Enterococcus faecalis
