1) K2[ZrCl6] will have greater energy because Cl is stronger ligand than OH.

2) [Ru(NH3)5NO2]2+ will have greater splitting energy than [Ru(NH3)5NO2]+ .Because greater oxidation state means ligands will be more close to metal and energy will increase.

3) [W(CO)6]I4 will have greater splitting energy because it has 5d metal which has more diffused orbitals than 3d Cr metal.
