Answer #1

The Great Wall of China was built by emperor Qin Shi Huang from the Qin dynasty in order to protect the northern borders of China from the invaders. Although the most important purpose of the wall was to protect the country, it also served another important thing which was to protect the silk road trade route. It’s more than eight thousand kilometers long and travels through various landscapes, mountains and plateaus. The great wall is a symbol of unity as it was built after the Qin dynasty united the whole China and made it into one huge empire. It brings out the history and strength of China while also brings out the Chinese literary art as a line in the national anthem is dedicated for the wall.
