a-9 Myasthenia gravis - the Disease is characterized by presence of autoantibodies against Acetylcholine receptors associated with muscle cells.

In this normal communication between nerve and muscle is affected due to impaired acetylcholine receptors.

b-6 Diabetes mellitus - Antibody and complement medicated cell lysis causes a condition known as insulitis resulting in death and destruction of beta cells. There can also be antibody developed against beta cells.

In this condition blood glucose level is highly altered .

c-7​ Rheumatoid arthritis - This Disease is characterized by a type - 3 reaction of immune complex mediated disease with anti IgG and IgM being directed against IgG. Immune complexes activating C' cause most of the damage however Tdth cells also result in macrophage mediated damage.

This Disease mainly damages the joints of body.

d-8 - Systemic lupus eythematosus - This condition is characterized by numerous autoantibodies being produced against a variety of nucleus derived autoantigens such as double and single stranded DNA and other various intracellular products.

SLE affects skin , joints , brain and other organs.
