Here I solved the above problem.
By using rule of mixture we need to find strength of composite, and by using area we can find failure load / critical load.
Do you know?
Only method to alter elastic modulus of material is by making composite. No other treatments(alloying ....) are alter elastic modulus. This one you can see in rule of mixture equation.
