1. A patent is an exclusive right provided for an invention, which is a product or a process that provides, a new way of doing something or provides a new technical solution to a problem. The items of IT which can be subjects to patent are the computer softwares, technological items and any new technological advances made in the field of IT.
2. We would determine upon someone who is infringing or intervening with our IT development of any product or services by exercising in a manner consistent with the public policies and creating copyright for the same. If people are using your product without granting you the benefits or commission for the same under your name for their benefits, it is unlawful activity and prohibited by the court also.
3. As mentioned earlier, this unlawful activity of using someone else's products and ideas under your name is prohibited by the law also thus I would complaint the same in the associated court where the complaint could be filed and remedies could be received by us and fine could be charged on the fraud.
4. If i am working in a federal agency and find someone doing illegal activities, I could totally file a complaint regarding the same problem concerning me as it is government official and no fraud should happen in the same organisation. Thus I would file a complaint in the complimentary court to solve the problem and seek relief.
5. Working in a federal agency and finding out that money is being wasted on inefficient activities is a very common thing in the government organisation. Thus, I would ask the functional as well as human resource manager to make the recommendable changes in the organisation and implement such strategies to reduce the wastage of any resources and efforts and increase the effectivity.
6. Most mandatory spending under the federal agencies consists of entitlement programs such as Social Security benefits, Medicare, and Medicaid. These programs are called "entitlements" because individuals satisfying given eligibility requirements set by past legislation are entitled to Federal government benefits or services. Thus to solve this problem I would suggest by making the funds and budgets which require them such compensation with these benefits to decrease the amount as it would eventually make the government associates lethargic and lazy. Thus, the goon compensation and benefits should be provided in sufficient amounts where others doesn't feel unsatisfied and company could actually utilise the funds in better areas.
7. I would like to change the tax code to make it fairer by removing the process of granting the benefits of tax deductibility to large organisation as they pay interest. Organisations which are the richest are getting richer richer enjoying the interest and tax deductibility benefits and poor and becoming poorer because of heavy taxes. Thus taxes should be charged more from riches and organisation earning more.
8. Yes I consider that it is important to have more binding form of international law that is needed to practice all around of the world because of the fact of globalisation. As globalisation is increasing many international laws should be practiced all around to sustain the equality and justice that would prevail in every country for better opportunities.
9. Differing cultures make the international laws difficult to sustain and practice because of the diverse rules and regulations of every country. The difference of cultures that prevails in every country are vast and every religion and customs are unique. Thus, following one international law for every country where every individual have different values and morals is a difficult task to achieve.
