There is image missing in your question. But, I tell you to create the huffman lode. As you know that, huffman coding offers a way to compress data. The average length of code depends data. The average length of code depends on statistical frequency with which the source produces each symbol from its Alphabet. so, we use dictionary, thta helps us to check that no code word in the dictionary is a prefix of any other lode word.
