Prompt the user to enter 5 grades (prompt 5 times for grade 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5)
Calculate the average of the 5 grades and display to the user if it is a passing or failing grade. 
Remember to use float values as your variable data type and average.

  • You will use 5 sets of cout to prompt and cin to get the grades from user

  • After you capture the grades then calculate the average and display the result to the user

  • Use an if-else statement to determine if the average is a passing or failing grade

  • You can/should use a maximum of 6 variables (one for each grade and a total average)
