Yes, as per the contract of sales, if the terms of the sale are not fulfilled by the sellers then it makes the contract void. or if the seller needs to change any terms and conditions of the contract, it must take agreement from the buyer, failing this can result in a breach of the contract.

Thus it is clear that Mick is in breach of contract. As a remedy to this breach, the customer can seek for the loss of damage from Mick. Secondly, the customer can buy the same product from the supplier and if there is any price variation that will be compensated by Mick
