A person who need to get in contact with you or order the Service you provide through your business cannot reach you through Blog or a Wiki, he/she can only get Information about your Business on a Wiki, and What your Business is about on a Blog, but on a MASHUP you can interact with the customer, which will build a better relationship and trust of the customer with the Company and will definitely help the company in future aspects.
