How will your understanding of different groups and genders assist you in your current and future situation?

     The idea of understanding different groups and genders comes from gender socialization where people are taught about difference in genders and behaviors associated with it. From the beginning of childhood persons are taught what things are for girls and what things are for boys suppose a type of toys like cars an masculine heroes are treated as toys for boys while dolls and soft toys are considered as toys for girls. With the environment of different genders we can understand the level of behavior we should be having with each of different gender people. Like when interacting with a person with female gender we should be in soft tone and with discipline attitude as she might be not habituated with a rude or tough voice from her childhood while interacting with a person with male gender we can use a raise voice or high tone voice as the boys might be habituated to it as boys have freedom to be more outside of house while girls are not so allowed freely out of the house.

      Even with changing situation in future if more modernization occurs where both male and female genders have equal opportunities still female gender persons should be treated with soft tone compared to male gender person as they have soft heart and attitude which might hurt their feelings
