Huge finance needed to construct effective, durable, and safe road transport. Toll Finance is one of the techniques in which income collected from the users of the road for the transport service provided by them. The traffic tolls were created in a particular junction where it is needed. Lengthy queues could increase the travel time it is one of the major drawbacks to the travelers. Tolls should be placed in such a way of minimizing the waiting time of the travelers in the queuing area. Queuing theory used some parameters such as a number of lanes, service time, arrival number of travelers, waiting time, merging area. At present study road inventory, space means speed, arrival rate, time headway and service rate for the travelers are analyzed properly by using the latest techniques.

An) It is the way that no one needs to wait for a longer period of time especially while traveling cause somebody might be in a rush or can be in any kind of emergency so he or she dont like waiting in ques ona national highway or expressway.

B) Yes queing system assume a very important role and has a direct relationship with the consumer behavior because as no one likes to wait at cost in ques to pay the cost when his number comes and afterward move. Its creates irriation in the mind of the consumer which laterly converted into a negative attitude.

If queing system will be good then everybody will be glad as they will reach the destination on time and a positive attitude will be maintained else if queing system is not good then its will create negativity as customers will not reach their destination on time and in the middle of the journey they will attempt to cover up by speeding up their vehicle which will increase the chances of accident.

Suggestions:-

Fastrack passes ought to be made available to the customer which will help the customer to easily pass the cost square without waiting in the long ques as these passes will have the qr code and each vehicle will get registered to that each pass. financial balance of the customers will get linked to that pass so as the customer comes to the cost court automatically the qr scanning will be done and money will be deducted from the attached record digitally. In this technology assumes the important role again.

C) If i take the e.g of my own what i have observed that if i needed to wait for long time then i myself gets irritated and attempt to cover the time of reaching the destination in the middle of the journey in the highway by speeding up which increases the chances of accident. this is because of the irritation and negativity towards the system nothing else.

Another e.g . is that customer begin doing wrong or extortion ways like making dublicate vip pass so they could easily pass the cost without getting in the ques or they sometime go against the rules and breaks the baricading and all.
