Answer #1
  • I am sharing my own personal insight.
  • When you are working in a team trust is extremely important.Trust is essential to an effective team, because it provides a sense of safety. When your team members feel safe with each other, they feel comfortable to open up, take appropriate risks, and expose vulnerabilities. When as a team we trust eachother,we are confident that all the members can fall back on eachother and work towards a common goal without any conflicts.Having trust between members guarantees success.
  • With trust comes justice. When we place confidence into eachother, then we can expect that members will stand up for each other and work towards justice.Justice guarantees faith to be treated equally and given our rights.
  • Ethics in life are our guiding principles to become moral human beings,in life and in our workplace.Ethics guide our actions and develop a sense of right and wrong.Ethics serve as a guide to moral daily living and helps us judge whether our behavior can be justified.
