Instructions
In this exercise you must design a position analysis. First, you must select the job position of your choice, for example: lawyer, secretary, teacher, or manager, among others.
Due to the wide range of occupations that exists, it is not always possible to apply the same technique for data collection. For this reason, you must select a technique to collect the information . Here are some examples of techniques you can use: Interviews Logbook of activities Direct observation Use the information collected to answer the attached questionnairePreview of the document . You can use the painter's job analysis questionnaire as a reference. You will find the blank format of the questionnaire that you must complete using one of the techniques mentioned above. Complete the questionnaire in its entirety, without leaving blank spaces. Do not forget to establish the technique you used to gather the information. Check the link to the painter's position questionnaire so that you can consult in case of doubts. Use the blank questionnaire to perform the job analysis.
