If you have a child in the future, would you put them through the same education journey you went through? Why? Why not? What would you change if you decide to do things differently?

If I have a child in future then I would ensures that he will not go through the same education system as I go. Because I found many loop holes in this education system. This education system just gives you bookish knowledge that is same from last 40 years. There is no difference in this education through last decade. This education system not gives the right skills which helps you in genrating income source or anything that gives you value. This system focuses on learning books to get good grades in exams but these grades have no value in market.

This is why I want to give skills as education to my child.Skills gives opportunity to live and earn in the market. With good skills set you can achieve big things in small age. I focuses on the overall development of my child whether it is mental development, psychological development, Health development or personality development. Good personality gives you confidence.

Today there is gap between education system and market. Education system teach different things and market demands different skills and knowledge. This is why there are higher no. of unemployed youth in this generation. Everyone blames government that they are not giving jobs but no one ready to accept change in education system. This is why I not believe in education system anymore. There is necessity of change in education system now.
