In addition, sometimes people will begin to talk to him as if they know him, but he does not recognize them. Joe goes to a therapist and discovers that he has:

Joe might be diagnosed with a disassociative identity disorder. He has many symptoms that pinpoint towards DID. First, he has no recollection of some of the past memories. Second, he is amnesiac.
