As from the group #1 population allelea A is completely eradicated and it is dominated by allele B.

In Group#2 allele B is completely eradicated and dominated by allele A.

However the process started taking place from generation 100 only.

Reproductive isolation in geographically isolated organism is not the quick process as the groups were the part of the same species,So it doesn't occur in early generation.
