5. The sodium ions are necessary to generate actin potential in the axonal membrane of the neurons hence in the absence of sodium ions, fewer action potentials would propagate within the nerve cells.

6. The appendicular skeleton of the body consists the bones of pectoral & pelvic girdles, which support & move the appendages (forelimbs & hind limbs).

7. The type 1 slow-twitch muscle fibres are rich in oxygen & energy due to presence of high amount of myoglobin & mitochondria in them. Hence used in long-term endurance oriented activities like swimming, running and standing for extended period of time.

8. The high structure in the image of skeletal muscle is epimysium, which is sheath of fibrous connective tissue that separates & distinguish the muscle from the surrounding structure.
