A workplace is not only a place where people/employees gather together to work for an organisation but it is also a place where peoples are connected emotionally, formally and informally.
In a workplace, peoples are working from a long time and thus they get connected to each other. The employees in the workplace are like families to each other's.
This is a good thing that employees are connected emotionally in the workplace. This is beneficial for all, the employees, organisations and the customers. Thats why the organisations encourage positive emotional climate in the workplace.
When there is positive emotional climate, there are less disputes among employees and management and between the workers, there are less wastages of time, money and material, there are less errors and non conformities.
Due the this positive emotional climate, whenever one employee is absent or not well , other employees complete his workload, they help in solving each others problems, they spend positive times and think towards to success of the organisation.
Thus, we can say that a positive emotional climate is very important for any organisation that's why they encourage it.
