This is because in transaction leadership the leader looks over the whole organisation and does supervison of group members whereas transformation leader works on the members of the organization only like motivating them to reach their vision.

24) This is false that both men and women feel more negativly about their performance after negative feedback. This is because negative feedbacks helps a person to know about their mistakes and helps them to perform the task in a better way next time. It may make them feel negative sometimes but overall it will push them to performe there work in a better way.
