TOOTH NOTATION ACCORDING TO FDI SYSTEM:

#18 - Class II MOD amalgam/composite restoration.

#17 - Class II DO amalgam/composite restoration.

#16 - Class II MO amalgam  restoration/inlay.

#15 - Endodontically treated tooth with Post and core - ceramic/zirconia/metal crown restoration.

#48 - Class I amalgam/composite restoration.

#47 - Class II MO amalgam restoration/inlay.

#46 - Endodontically treated tooth with ceramic/zirconia/metal post-endodontic crown.

#45 - Endodontically treated tooth with post-endodontic amalgam/composite restoration.

#24 - Class II MOD amalgam restoration.

#25 - Endodontically treated tooth with provisional restoration (e.g. Glass ionomer cement).

The amalgam restoration is differentiated in the picture based on the depth of the restoration and the features of the cavity shape prepared.
