We know, 1 mole water molecules weigh 18 gram

If 18 gram contains 1 mole atoms, 50 kg will contain (50 x 10³)/18 moles of water.
Which is, 2.77 x 10³ moles of water

If cells in one mole = 6.023 x 10²³ (Avogadro's number)
Cells in 2.77 x 10³ moles = 2.77 x 6.023 x 1026
≈ 1.67 x 1027 cells in human body.

Assumptions involved, as directed by question :
All cells have same volume
1 unit of water has same volume as 1 unit cell.
