Analytical models are the models that are a closed type of solution, solution to equations that are used to describe the various changes in the system that can be expressed as analytical function. There are three main types of analytical models - Predictive, Descriptive and Prescriptive, and they are interrelated solutions that help the companies to make the most out of the data given. Each types of analytic offers a differentiated insight. Often problems like, poor communication between different sectors of the management, the constant change of goals and objectives of the company, burden of too much work but less time to finish it, employees that do not cooperate, poor motivation to work amongst the employees, etc. but the fact is, many at times the management do not realise these problems and overlook them but the 'real' problems like these make them suffer in future. Research problems are the situations about the area concerned, conditions to be improved, difficulty to be faced, a problematic question that occurs in any theory, that points out to the needs for the sensible understanding and investigation. Research whether related to environmental factors or theory both deals with how to solve the situations that occur while analysing a given subject. Factors like, a fact of motivation in way to select the research problem, i.e., personal inclination of the person researching, availability of resource, relativity and importance of the resource, researcher's knowledge, his practicality, urgency and its need, majorly affects the approach towards research problem. The main cause of the background section of the research proposal is to provide a kind of link which relates the topic with the question of thesis written in it. This section is relevant for providing the reader with the insight of the main topic.
