What reaction would you likely have received if you had simply hollered out and identified loudly all the things that are wrong with the situation? How might the outcome be different . How do the concepts discussed reinforce the need for effective communication? Use and cite a minimum of three scholarly references beyond the texts used in the course to defend your reasoning.

Communication is the everyday act of life. The effective communication is what the source need to convey to the Destination reaches exactly. The tone has also a great importance in the communication process. The Harsh tone changes the interpretation of message in another way. It would be different from the way it has been delivered. So, the communication would become ineffective. The tone if it is so lazy and dull then also it won’t convey the proper message as delivered by the source. So, we need to have the effective communication with the effective tone. We need the modulation in the tone so that the destination should interpret in same way.

When I simply hollered out and identified loudly all the things that are wrong with the situation then the reaction I receive is that the people would avoid talking to me. They think that whatever the situation arises the decision only made by me that too with loud voice. This may disrespect the people as they feel so. The outcomes from the situation would be changed.

For example, A trainer wants to convey about the basics of the computer in the Diary Product company where employees less aware about the computer systems and knowledge related to computer devices. The tone of the trainer is harsh. The employees do not get exactly what the trainer is conveying. Due to the harsh tone nobody wiling to ask doubts as they have many. What ever they interpret they gains. But this knowledge is not the exactly what was delivered by the trainer. Hence the interpretation done by the employees was varies as per their understanding.

Let us take another example of a Sales person. There is a sales person who do face to face selling the product X to the customers. The product X does not have unique features than other products in the market. The Sales person manipulates the customers. He itself explains the product qualities or features but the customer is not interested in that. The Sales person sought out on the customer that if don’t want to purchase why he was listening to his message. Then customer interpret the message in the different way. As he may feel guilty or he may have sought back on the Sales person. It varies person to person.

The effective communication is the strength of the language. The concepts such as body language, tone modulation, concise message, easy words usage, small sentences etc. are the strength of the effective communication.
